SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our warehouse is ready to ship products to you fast! As one of Sydney's only dedicated E-Bike suppliers, our products are sent directly from our Rydalmere Warehouse. That means faster shipping and less hassle!)

SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days from our warehouse in Rydalmere, Sydney. Due to the nature of some goods ie dangerous goods with batteries quality checks need to be conducted and the appropriate delivery vehicles need to be booked which might take 24-48 hours. During peak times eg xmas volume might affect dispatch times.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES


Most areas in New South Wales and Victoria enjoy free shipping.

For Queensland and South Australia, the shipping cost shown at checkout is an estimate only and not the final price, typically ranging from AU$0-AU$180.

For Tasmania and Western Australia, shipping is also estimated at checkout, with actual costs usually ranging from AU$180-AU$250.

Shipping varies by location, so please contact our support team for an exact quote.

We use various reputable shipping services depending on the location. 

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery and use reputable carriers, some orders may experience unexpected delays beyond our control. Please refer to your email confirmation for the tracking number and contact the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date delivery information. If you cannot locate your tracking number, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Please note that electric goods such as e-bikes and scooters are classified as bulky freight and may be subject to Dangerous Goods regulations due to the battery. As such, interstate deliveries can reasonably take up to two weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

All prices are inclusive of 10% GST.

DAMAGES

If the product is damaged you can let us know at contact@ROLL-ROAD.COM.

Please ensure that you keep the box/packaging for your product in case the item needs to be returned.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship outside Australia.

In-store pickup is available for online orders.
