Bought this for my office commute, but i can't get my hands on it! My teenage kids are on it whenever they can. Sometime we roll together, no difference in performance with the extra weight!

I compared a lot of bikes and kept coming back to the Emma 3. Mainly its comfort, power and distance. I am very happy with the purchase and looking forward to fun summer of riding the roads and trails. Also, customer service response has been great.

The customer service was fantastic! I received my bike yesterday but wasnt sure how to assemble it. I called them, and they patiently guided me through the process until it was fully set up. I actually ordered two black Emma3.0 bikes, and both are now assembled and in use. So far, these bikes are absolutely amazing!

What a fun ebike - definitely living up to all I've read & seen online. Very intuitive controls & great battery range! Very flexible speed setup depending on where I want to ride - road, off-road, wherever. (As weather warms I plan to commute on roads every chance I get.)
A representative followed up with me upon delivery and was available for questions- I understand this is regular practice. I appreciated messaging back and forth - very good customer service. Questions answered quickly by a real person. Loving my Emma 3.0!
