Australia: We offer free shipping on all of our bikes within the Australia.(Excludes: WA, TAS, Regional & Remote areas))
If the delivery address is determined by the freight carrier as a remote area, a certain shipping fee needs to be charged based on the original free shipping & the charged fee.
Shipping Time
In-stock orders typically ship in the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 2 business days.A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. Estimate delivery time 3-10 business days. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Roll Road are estimates.
Transportation time is determined by freight carrier, etc., and will be affected by weather, remoteness, strikes, floods, hurricanes and other natural disasters and many other objective factors, thus can not be controlled by Roll Road. If there is an urgent need, please take into account the impact of the objective factors and place an order according to one's schedule. For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.
Signature Service
Signature Requirement:
All our bike deliveries require a signature upon delivery. The customer might be asked to pay a “redelivery fee” if no one is available at the destination address at the time of order delivery.
Shipping Changes & Order Cancellation
Before shipping
Order Cancellation: You may contact service to cancel your order for a refund up until the time you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking code information. There is no need to responsible for the restocking fee, but the shopify online store will charge transaction fee and credit card or paypal will charge the handling fee -- A total of 8% of the transaction amount should be charged. If you use installment payment, the bank will charge a handling fee of 10% of the transaction amount. Change of Address: No charge fee.
After shipping
Shipping address cannot be changed. If, during transportation and delivery, the customer requests the logistics provider to change the address, the costs incurred will be borne by the customer. Other changing refer to our return policies.
